2024年学费/费用

学费 for Summer School 2024 is $2000 per course for four credits or $500/credit hour for rising first-year & current college students. 25届毕业生 & '26 high school students pay half this amount, $1000 per course. This fee also applies to course audits. Designated lab/studio courses will have a $100 lab fee. NSF费用为50美元. Travel courses may have other fees/expenses associated with the travel. A W&J student may apply for a credit-bearing internship in the Summer of 2024 at a rate of $250 per credit. The internship application form is available on the 注册MyW&J site and must be submitted with all information and signatures complete by the last day of Spring term classes, 5月7日, 2024.

Registration Deposit: A $100 Registration Deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your seat in the course, and should be paid no later than May 1,  2024. 注册后, you will be notified by e-mail of your bill for the full amount of the course; please pay $100 as a deposit by May 1. The deposit will be credited toward the tuition payment for the course. The deposit will be fully refunded in the event that the course does not run or if the class is dropped prior to final registration; the deposit will not be refunded after the final registration period.

付款: Full payment must be received one week prior to the start of classes. Students will be disenrolled if payment is not received in full by this deadline. 付款 can be made after you receive an e-mail with billing information from the Business Office. You may call the Business Office at 724-223-6014 with any questions about billing processes.

学费缓解: W&J employees and their dependents are eligible for tuition remission during Summer School. In order to take advantage of tuition remission, the W&J employee must complete a form that is available on the Human Resources website.

付款 and Refund Policies

• If a student drops a summer course before Final Registration for that session (May 15 for Summer I and Summer 1-B, June 15 for Summer II), the student will receive a full refund including $100 deposit.
• A student who has not paid the $100 registration deposit will be disenrolled from the course if the course is full and there is a waitlist.
• A student who has not paid the full course tuition one week prior to the start of the course will be disenrolled from the course and receive a refund of any amount paid, less the $100 course registration deposit (see specific dates for the current summer on our 重要的日子 页面).
• From Final Registration through the Drop/Add deadline for the session, a student who drops the course will receive a full refund, less the $100 course registration deposit (see specific dates for the current summer on our 重要的日子 页面).
• After the Drop/Add deadline for the session, no refunds will be issued.
